About Us

Hello my name is Jody Willis
Our company has built over 500 homes, helped over 600 customers be their own builder, and have designed thousands of homes with our Architectural-Drafting company (Trinity Drafting LLC... www.trinitydrafting.com ). We started our construction consulting company back in the late 80's. We've since stopped building homes, but still design (draw and engineer plans) and provide construction consulting with our HBBU program (Homes Built By U).

Our HBBU program has been a great success and I'm proud to say that we've made a lot of happy customers and friends along the way.

Being your own builder isn't for everyone, but if this is your desire we'll be glad to help! If you're looking for a good builder to contract with, we'll be glad to guide you in that direction as well. Our Architectural-Drafting company serves many great builders through out the state of Florida (and others). We never charge a referral fee, nor do we ever accept a referral fee from our builders. We only ask that you use our Architectural-Drafting company for your plans.
